Recruiting for an international company and global developer of renewable energy projects an E-Trade Technical Support in Madrid.
Main purpose of job: To support, from a technical point of view, the development of the installer/added value reseller network allowing the sale of a complete solar package and the portfolio products. Participate actively in developing the support, value add services to offer to the network, liaise with specific market needs, contribute to brand creation, image building and market awareness.
Main responsibilities:
- Window person to answer technical questions of the installers (modules, inverters, mounting systems, electricity, regulations, warranty).
- Organize and provide on-site support if needed.
- Optimize information packages and tools aiming to limit the amount of questions received by the installers.
- Provide support on orders by means of making picking lists for admin staff.
- Keep up to date cost/price calculations in case of new products/price reviews and cascade to E-Trade members.
- Support the development of standardized systems 10kVA to feed offers to be prepared by the E-Trade team.
- Organize and perform training schemes for installers.
- Participate on fairs and events as one of the contact persons of the dealers.
- Develop deep local know how on the products/systems sold.
- Provide support related to the products/systems internally (inside the local entity but also at international level and across business units when required.
- Participate in technical updates provided by suppliers and/or E-Trade International.
- Develop outstanding awareness of technical needs and technical challenges in the local market and share it among local colleagues and with the E-Trade Technical Committee.
- Communicate effectively in the country and through the matrix across the areas of expertise of E Trade.
- Ensure that targets are met.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Industrial or Electrical Engineering University Degree or equivalent through experience.
- Technical and electrical knowledge of PV systems is a major plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Good organizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player able to work with commercial staff.
- Customer service minded.

Recruiting for an international company and global developer of renewable energy projects the following position a Project Manager for Madrid.
Main purpose of job: Ensuring the complete follow up of several projects (Wind and Solar according to the annual targets), on the technical, legal, financial and administrative areas. Window person for each project towards each party involved: supplier, contractors, owners, banks, and internal organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall implementation, construction, installation, connection to the grid.
- Manage and control open projects ensuring.
- Prepare and follow contract negotiations and reporting for project progress.
- Follow up on logistics and coordination between all contractors and parties involved.
- Responsible for all on-site safety procedures.
Requiries:
- University degree in a relevant technical discipline enhanced by knowledge in finance and accounting.
- At least 4 years experience in managing multifunctional projects and follow up of projects from beginning to end, both technical and administrative.
- Proven knowledge of project management tools.
- Experience with coordination of installation, construction activities (in solar or/and wind energy is a major asset) Experience on electrical and building sites is a plus.
- Communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels within the company and with external players.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Rigorous person, organized, proactive, resolute and efficient.
- Fluent English is a must and an additional language (e.g. German, French) would be an asset.
