POSITION
Title: Regional Sales Manager.
Job Location: Spain. CableCURE expect the Regional Manager to initially work from a home office. Position will require extensive travel within Europe.
Reports to: the manager of the company’s German Branch.
Compensation: The base salary will be approximately Euro 60.000. On top of this a bonus based on target performance can be earned of Euro 20.000. A company car will be part of the conditions.
Role Purpose: the new Regional Sales Manager will actively and effectively promote the services of CableCURE throughout the territory under his/her responsibility.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- To actively and effectively promote and sell the products and services of the company throughout the Territory under his/her responsibility.
- Development of new markets and business opportunities. Creative “out-of-the-box” thinking is encouraged and expected by the Employer.
- To prepare, obtain approval for and implement an effective annual marketing plan for the Territory.
- To deal and cooperate with sales partners and licensees within the territory.
- To effectively organize and participate in national and international trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars.
- Continuously, clear and detailed reporting directly to the Manager of the German Branch.

PERSON
Education: Completed higher technical education, preferably electrical engineering degree. Languages: Excellent command of the Spanish (native speaker) and English language is mandatory. Reasonably good command of French and/or Italian and/or any other European languages will be considered an important plus.
Background: Experiences will have been with a company supplying products and/or services to the cable network (asset/maintenance management) operating departments of the utilities and/or industrial companies. Any experience with power (electricity) cable, transformers, and/or any other associated products as used in power distribution networks and/or by industrial companies will be considered a plus.
